Green Street, at the intersection of learning and sustainability, is Wayne State's celebration of Sustainability in Higher Education Month.
Green Street is a month of curated conversations between disciplines and communities about environmental challenges, environmental science, environmental justice, the environmental humanities, and more. We seek to learn from scholars, artists, and activists, and to foster informed action on environmental problems.
This year's focus is climate change, and our mission is to think broadly about how the impacts of a warming planet resonate in the Wayne State community, the city of Detroit, and the world.
